KIRA’s fees are set on a case-by-case basis, in agreement with the client, in full compliance with the ethical rules of the Paris Bar Association. They reflect the quality, availability, and expertise provided. A fee agreement is always entered into with the client before any work begins.

The pricing structure—hourly rate or flat fee—is determined jointly, based on the nature and expected duration of the assignment.
You will be kept informed of the status of your fees at each significant stage of the case.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card via a secure payment link.

" Interview
The first meeting is the cornerstone of the relationship. It allows Attorney Khebour-Perrin to fully understand the complexity of your situation, analyze the documents you have provided in advance, and clearly explain the legal options available to you.
This meeting usually lasts 1 to 2 hours. We prepare for it in advance based on the documents you provide before the meeting—contracts, court rulings, letters, and statements—so that we can get right to work.

The fee is determined based on the experience and level of expertise of the attorney handling the case. All work is systematically supervised by Maître Khebour-Perrin, who remains your primary point of contact.

Rate applicable to enforcement actions, administrative follow-up, and day-to-day case management (transmission of documents, procedural follow-up, corporate legal secretarial services). Varies depending on the nature and complexity of the tasks assigned.
FLAT-RATE FEES

When the nature of the project allows, KIRA prefers to bill on a flat-rate basis. This approach provides the client with complete transparency regarding the cost of the project, regardless of the actual time spent. The flat rate is set after an initial consultation, based on a precise assessment of the work to be performed.
FAMILY LAW
Divorce by Mutual Consent
Flat-rate fee for drafting the divorce agreement, negotiating the terms, and signing the agreement before a notary. Includes drafting the settlement statement if necessary. Fee to be determined after reviewing the case.
COMPANIES
Company Formation (SCI, SAS, SARL, etc.)
Flat-rate fees for drafting the articles of incorporation, advising on the choice of legal structure, and handling incorporation formalities. Rates are determined based on the complexity of the proposed structure.
HERITAGE
Drafting of Property Deeds
Prenuptial agreements, simple gifts, advance directives, wills — flat-fee rates determined based on the complexity of the document and the financial interests involved.
AMICABLE PROCEDURES
Mediation Support
Flat-fee for comprehensive assistance with family or civil mediation proceedings, including preparation, participation in sessions, and drafting the agreement.
For all other assignments, fees are calculated at the hourly rate specified in the fee agreement signed in advance.
